博士,副教授,珠海科技学院药学与食品科学学院教师。主持及参与省部级课题7项,主持并参与企业横向课题6项。参加专业人才培训项目-保健食品项目管理工程师(高级)并获得证书。共发表SCI或中文期刊33篇,作为主要编辑出版专著《澳门蕈菌》,参编《食品安全学》、《生物化学知识要点与习题精粹》。

教学工作(所授课程):生物化学、转基因食品安全性评价、食品毒理学、功能性食品、微生物及免疫学实验、生物化学实验、发酵制药工程实验、食品基础实验。

科研方向:药食用菌及其相关功能食品的研究与开发

1.2020.01-2023.06主持完成广东省教育厅省创新强校工程项目(省级重点平台和重大科研项目)特色创新项目--花脸香蘑多糖对小鼠巨噬细胞功能的作用的研究及其特征图谱的构建2019KTSCX222;

2.2017.03-2018.12 主持完成广东省教育厅省创新强校工程项目(省级重点平台和重大科研项目)青年创新人才项目--花脸香蘑JZ01液体深层发酵及其提取物活性研究2016KQNCX208。
